The Website is operated by Jammu Sahodaya School Complex (“Jammu Sahodaya”, “we”, “us”, “our”), [registered as a AOP, with its office at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir]. By using the Website or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About us

Jammu Sahodaya School Complex is a collective of CBSE-affiliated schools in Jammu. We organise educational conferences, workshops, training programmes and related events for schools, teachers, principals and education stakeholders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or register through a school or guardian, to make payments on the Website. Information you provide during registration must be accurate, current and complete.

3. Registrations and payments

  • All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (if applicable) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through our authorised third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details.
  • A registration is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email or e-pass is issued.
  • We may refuse or cancel a registration if information is false, incomplete or if payment fails.

4. Event passes

Each pass is issued in the name of the registered participant and is non-transferable. Participants may be asked to show a valid photo ID along with the e-pass at the venue.

5. Changes to events

We may change the event schedule, speakers, sessions or venue for reasons beyond our control. Any such change will be communicated by email, SMS/WhatsApp or on the Website. Refunds, where applicable, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Conduct at events

Participants must follow venue rules and behave respectfully. We may deny entry or remove any participant for misconduct, without refund.

7. Photography and media

Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of these photos and videos by Jammu Sahodaya for reporting and promotional purposes.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics and images, belongs to Jammu Sahodaya or its partners. It may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the Website or attendance at our events. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant registration.

The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party platforms for registration and payment. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
